Registration and confirmation
Participation at the congress is tied to a registration. We accept registrations online, via fax through the +36 1 3169600 number. We will provide confirmation of all applications. Should you fail to receive said confirmation within 1 week’s time, please contact our colleagues (registration@antrodentbudapest2016.hu) Payments received after 3 October can only be confirmed on site. Please bring your verification of payments with you to the venue.

The full participation fee includes
- participation at the scientific lectures of the congress,
- access to the exhibition and gallery tied to the congress,
- program brochure,
- name badge,
- coffee breaks.
We hereby inform you that the participation DOES NOT include the costs of lunch and dinner! Should you wish to place orders for lunch and dinner, you can do so through our registration page or on-site on the first day of the conference. Our team will do the utmost to provide for organic meals and thus it facilitates our work if we can receive timely requests and payments of meals. The lunch and dinner costs are uniformly 29 EUR per meal.
Terms of cancellation
The organizers must be notified of all cancellations and changes in writing to the registration@antrodentbudapest2016.hu e-mail address. All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Please include your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Repayment conditions for cancellations
- 100% refund for cancellations made prior to 13 July, 2016 (in such cases, we will only deduct a 50 EUR administrative fee).
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 13 July and 13 August, 2016.
- We cannot provide refunds for cancellations made after 13 August.
Payments
The registration fee and the social events fee, as indicated in the automatic email confirmation after registration, should be transferred to the Antromedicart Association’s account by indicating the name of the participant. The invoice will be sent to you after receipt of the amount.

Payment for hotel rooms and meals can be made according to the information included in the hotel confirmation.
Credit points (CME)
The course is an elective university CME course accredited under code number PTE ÁOK 2016 II./ 00188. Doctors may gain 6 credit points by participating in the course. Certifications of participation will be issued on site. (Certifications require a medical registration number.)

- Friday evening, 14 October, 2016 – Piano concert at the Institute of the Blind

Free Wi-Fi internet service is provided during the time of the event.
Parking
Upon arrival, press the HOTEL button, which is the only way the following costs can be provided for:
Parking fee at the open-air parking space in front of the hotel: 9 EUR (2400 HUF/car/night). Only for hotel guest!
For non-hotel guests: 400 HUF/passenger car/hour.
Airport transfer
We will provide a transfer service to the Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport. We recommend this discounted service for the sake of your undisturbed and comfortable arrival. Please indicate your need for a transfer service when filling out your preliminary online registration form. Should multiple planes arrive simultaneously, we will take the guests to the hotel in a shared vehicle.
The airport transfer fee is 20 EUR/car with maximum 3 person.
Useful information
Program and abstract brochure
The final schedule can be downloaded prior to the start of the conference. Participants may receive a printed schedule along with other congress-related materials upon registration.
Name badges
Personal name badges will be provided to participants upon registration. Please wear the badge throughout the duration of the event, since it allows for the uninhibited access to the lectures of the event and various services as well as facilitating communication with the organizers and other participants.
Official language
The official language of the training/congress is German and English..
We will do everything we can to provide participants with an opportunity to understand what is being discussed. In the case of a large number of visitors from other language areas with a need for a mother tongue speaker, we will do our best to provide an interpreter. To this end we can charge a fee proportionate to the number of individuals requiring this service, which we will previously discuss with the representative of the concerned groups. Should you have any individual requests, please feel free to contact the organizers.
In case of insufficient number of registrations, organizers reserve the right to change the program and/or location.
